A Compendium of Curiosities -Week 2
Week 2 - This week the Compendium of Curiosities challenge is to try the Fragments basics technique. Details can be found on Page 62 in Tim Holtz Compendium of Curiosities. I have decided to make a tag book as the weeks go by. Created background by inking crafting sheet with Victorian Velvet and Spun Sugar distress inkpads and added mist of water. Dried it with heatgun and then added Victorian Velvet to the edges and some Viva Inka Gold paint. Stamps used were from Stampers Anonymous sheets "I see Paris" and the Mona Lisa image from "Artistic Collages" sheet. Thank you Linda for setting the challenges its great fun. Love looking at other entries have a look at studio L3.com.

Rachel, I love your Paris-inspired tag! The colors are so soft-- it looks antique!-- and the bold images beneath the Fragments are a great contrast to the subtle backgruond!
This is beautiful, and I'm so glad you joined in for Week 2!
Hugs,
Linda
Fabulous tag! Love your Mona in Paris. Great idea to make a tag book of all the challenges. Have fun - cheers!
Gorgeous tag Rachel!
I too, love that Mona in Paris theme and the colors are wonderful.
Fab tag with a great theme! Love it!
Cool tag! It would have been perfect in my daughter's book of France!
