Gothic Arch challenge "Haute Couture"
This week the theme for the Gothic Arch challenge was haute couture. I love fashion, love all the gorgeous fabrics in beautiful colours. Anyway decided to use a Hampton Art stamp for the main image. Stamped image on white card and it hasn't come out clear on picture but lightly shaded background in lilac with colorbox inkpad and coloured image in aquatone pens. Stamped image again on fantasy fibre, cut out and mounted dress on image.
Have made another arch using the same stamp but this time used some backing paper for arch, lace stamp at the botttom and added ribbon embellishment and flower. Cut out stamped image and coloured using aquatone pens.

Wow so beautiful arch.
Gorgeous work.
I love the clean simple lines, beautiful arch.
Oh this is lovely!!. I love that stamp and what you did to the skirt is fabulous.
Very elegant.
Lovely arches, both of them
Both are quite lovely, but I'm partial to the second arch. I love all the b/w background detail and the brilliant yellow/orange dress. Very nice!

Both of your arches are so beautiful, that view from behind is fetching!
Oh these are cool! You did 2 too!! :)
There is just something so very elegant about seeing just the back of this woman. You have used her so beautifully in both pieces.
