Sunday Stampers Challenge "Ebony & Ivory"

Hi everyone. Well wasnt sure where to start with this challenge but treated myself recently to some new stamps from Lost Coast Designs "The Many Moods of Mona" Last week made front page of a book for the challenge and have decided each week to make a new page for my Sunday Stampers book. Have decided to make the pages on paper/card and then add them into the book just in case I make a mess!! which I have been know to do often!!! The Mona I have chosen is having a nice cuppa and looking out the window not a care in the world. You cant see the cuppa but I am sure it is there with an extra large piece of choccie cake!!!! Just used colorbox black inkpad to colour card and then stamped on birds stamp and flourish stamp from Tim Holtz Collection set Anthology. Stamped Mona image on separate piece of white card and then mounted on black to create window image. Mounted on card piece and added metal corner embellishments.

Have been awarded an Art y Pico award by my friend Nicky -thank you Nicky it was really kind of you. Would like to pass it on to my daughter Crafty Jen -Jen you are my messy inspiration hun just love the way you can distress with inkpads. Thank you everyone for visiting my blog it is such fun being able to share craft ideas and I love visiting everyones blogs for inspiration. Love Rach xxx
